Keeps saying "new version on site" -> solution

I just downloaded v 3.10 and it keeps nagging me that i can download a new version.. but that's wrong, here's the reason:


open the remotes section in mirc (the button with CE on and the red dots)
choose "view" in the menu and click on msn.mrc
now scroll down till you find this line:

alias msnversion return 3.00

It's on line 523

You have to change the 3.00 too 3.10

Probably just forgotten by the maker.

I do want to ask, why do the other scripts still say 3.00 in their header?

I'd expect they still say 3.00 because changing the file versions is usually the last thing a script/program developer does, and sometimes our inferior human memory gets the best of us
