my messenger flood that someone "logged off" (no name comes) and status windows flood * /dline: insufficient parameters (line 264, msn.mrc). I have messenger in normal use, can u fix it?

I'm use mIRC 6.21 and messenger version 3.61 Windows XP Professional SP2

And there is line 264 of msn.mrc
