annoing popups

I would really like to see this feature/option.
The abillity to NOT make an opening chat window the active one.
It's frustrating when you're typing and BAM it pops up in your face...
Another thing, the abillity to do a On connect nick change.
So I won't have to change my nick everytime I connect.
Final words; great job. I just love when ppl intergreat stuff into mirc.
NB. I hated MSN before but now when I can use it from mirc I can get along with it.
