This means that you installed msn for mirc in the wrong place.

It should be in c:\mirc\msn, it appears that yours is in c:\mirc.

I will add some error handling in the script to let you know about this when it happens.

Is there any possibility to install the script anywhere else except mirc dir? For example mirc\addons\msn?
